Enrolment
The Australian Skills and Qualifications Authority (ASQA) has developed a fact sheet to help you to be fully informed about your decision to enrol into a course.
After you have successfully applied for course through PRE-ENROLMENT / SUBSIDY ELIGIBILITY FORM, and you have been offered a course.
WELCOME! to enroll into our Institute. To enroll, you must complete following steps:
- Student information is available from our staff and also access through Student Handbook link on home page.
- You need to complete Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) assessment at a satisfactory level to meet foundation skills requirement of the qualification that you have applied to enroll.
- You must gain a Unique Student Identifier (USI) prior to enrolling in and attending any course. You can apply for your USI here or contact us for assistance.
- Download or request the enrollment form. If the student eligible for Smart and Skilled subsidy of NSW Government - the student's Notification of Enrollment process will also be executed simultaneously.
- Fill and submit the enrollment form with applicable enrollment fee.
- Accept or Defer offer.
- Activate your account and profile in Student Management System (SMS); you need to follow the steps in your offer letter to login.
- Find out your units and electives.
- Find out your timetable.
- Attend orientation day and get your student ID.
- Get prepared for your first term at PGITM.
