Student Counselling

We are committed to providing students with all the necessary support required to succeed in their studies and career goals.The support can be related to anything that can affect the student’s ability to be motivated, focused, organized or satisfied while completing their education. Support for students can be the following.
  1. We provide face to face counselling with either your instructors or dedicated counsellors
  2. We can provide phone counselling with dedicated counsellors

Special Needs Support

Our mission is to ensure that all students have an equal opportunity to LEARN, DEVELOP & SUCCEED. We are committed to ensuring that students with a medical condition, disability or a short/long term illness have all the support required to reach their potential. ProGalore will provide them with a range of support to allow all students to reach their academic potential.
  1. Teaching facilities with Disabled toilet, ramps and elevators.
  2. Extra time and provisions for class work and assessments
  3. Assistive resources and technologies
  4. Course Materials in a range of formats
  5. Teachers that are specifically skilled in teaching special needs students

Academic counselling

ProGalore’s approach to academic excellence is once again highlighted through our support to help students succeed in their education, accelerate their learning process or meet their learning standards. We can provide a wide range of educational strategies.
  1. Student performance and learning needs are continually monitored by teachers and may be adjusted to improve student learning
  2. Students can work on and submit assessments after hours on our e-learning system, where they can continually interact with teachers and assessments and can be reviewed with feedback.
  3. Teachers use course-management tools where they archive materials and communicate with students online.

Career Development

Our ultimate aim is your qualification/education gained at ProGalore Institute is used effectively to achieve your career goals. We take the responsibility upon us to understand a student’s interests, capabilities and career plans. Once this is achieved we can advise students of potential career opportunities or pathways as well as providing them with the skills and strategies to achieve their career goals.

Internships

ProGalore Institute has always believed in practical learning, this is why we encourage students to take on internships and work experience opportunities. Internships are an important component of any student’s learning as it allows them to not only gain valuable experience but also put their theory into practice. ProGalore seeks to provide its student’s internship programs as they are approaching the completion of their qualification to assist our graduates establish networks and future employment.

Work Experience

Work experience is aimed to help school student’s transition from their learning environment to the work environment. School aged students will learn the appropriate knowledge, skills and attitudes that could affect their performance in either a paid or unpaid role. In addition to learning the Australian work culture they will also be able to put their learning to the test in real life scenarios.

Industry Interaction

Not only do ProGalore students get taught by industry – expert teachers but throughout their time at our Institute, they gain exposure to industry through site visits and interactions with other industry experts. ProGalore’s open days will allow students to listen to Industry professionals and learn the techniques and attitudes to be successful in the workplace.
